TH Risk Solutions Limited was founded in 2017 by CEO Geoff Dadswell.
As a former Director of Risk & Compliance for a number of large international organisations and having worked for one of the 'Big Four' consulting firms, Geoff has significant senior and executive-level experience in designing and deploying sound Governance, Risk and Compliance ("GRC") frameworks.
We specialise in providing support in the areas of compliance oversight, financial crime, regulatory approvals and authorisations (including PSD2, Payments (UK and Europe) and Electronic Money Regulations), and dispute resolution. We also provide advice to clients on the regulatory and governance impacts of M&A activity.
More recently, under Geoff's leadership, TH Risk Solutions has helped clients through periods of GRC change, whether that be in managing the engagement process with regulators, responding to unexpected events, such as investigations (internal and external), or simply providing support and guidance to the company's Executive Team or Board of Directors.
Geoff is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and, in his spare time, coaches football at U16 level.
Ellie joined TH Risk Solutions in 2017 as the Head of People Solutions.
An experienced Human Resources professional, Ellie has a twenty-year track record working within Recruitment, Human Resources and Management Consulting for organisations such as Kraft Foods, National Grid and Fidelity Investments.
MCIPD qualified, Ellie has significant expertise in recruitment, strategic people management, employee relations, generalist HR activities, change management and training.
Ellie has successfully advised on complex change mangement projects, inlcuding the TUPE merger of three separate businesses. She regularly provides HR support and advice for clients on complex employee relations matters and strategic people management, including delivering change within unionised environments.
In addition, Ellie recently created and delivered a suite of employee relations training to a regional clinical network and is our subject matter expert on the implementation of both redundancy and furlough processes.
